Compliance Analyst
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Compliance Analyst to join our team. The Compliance Analyst will ensure that the organization adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies related to cybersecurity and data protection. This role involves conducting audits, risk assessments, and developing compliance programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and assess compliance with applicable laws and regulations (e.g., NIST, GDPR, etc).
• Conduct internal audits and identify compliance gaps.
• Develop and maintain compliance documentation, including policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance training and awareness.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management on compliance status and issues.
• Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Information Security, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity regulations and standards.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications preferred.
