PARTNERSHIP COORDINATOR

Position Overview:

The Partnership Coordinator within the Operations Department at BGHFoundation is a key position responsible for building and nurturing strategic partnerships that align with the organization's mission, values, and agenda. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with partners, driving collaboration on initiatives related to diversity, inclusion, and representation in the Cyber field.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Development:

  1. Identify, approach, and engage potential partners that align with BGHFoundation's mission and strategic agenda.
  2. Develop and present compelling partnership proposals that emphasize shared goals and objectives.

Relationship Management:

  1. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring alignment with the strategic direction of the organization.
  2. Collaborate with partners to enhance their engagement and impact within BGHFoundation initiatives.

Agenda Alignment:

  1. Collaborate with the Director of Strategy to ensure that partnership initiatives are in line with the department's agenda.
  2. Provide strategic input to align partnership programs with diversity, inclusion, and representation goals in the Cyber field.

Collaboration Initiatives:

  1. Work closely with other departments, including Operations and Development, to integrate partnership opportunities into various organizational initiatives.
  2. Foster cross-functional collaboration to maximize the effectiveness of partnership programs.

Program Management:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive partnership programs, overseeing all aspects from proposal creation to program execution.
  2. Monitor and evaluate the success of partnership initiatives, providing regular reports to leadership.

Stakeholder Communication:

  1. Effectively communicate with partners, ensuring they are informed about the progress and impact of their collaboration with BGHFoundation.
  2. Collaborate with the communication team to recognize partners appropriately and enhance their visibility.

Event Coordination:

  1. Coordinate partnership-related events and activities, ensuring seamless integration of partners into organizational events.
  2. Collaborate with event planning teams to optimize partner visibility and engagement.

Diversity and Inclusion:

  1. Advocate for partners who share BGHFoundation's commitment to diversity and inclusion.
  2. Integrate diversity and representation considerations into partnership programs and initiatives.

The strategy department within the BGH Foundation is responsible for charting a course that aligns the nonprofit's mission with long-term goals and values. This encompasses a range of critical functions. They drive diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring that the organization promotes a welcoming and equitable environment, both internally and in its outreach to the community. The strategy department also focuses on building strategic partnerships with like-minded organizations, fostering collaboration and shared impact. They develop and maintain policies and procedures that govern the organization's operations, ensuring compliance and ethical conduct. Additionally, they oversee the nonprofit's social media strategy, utilizing online platforms to raise awareness, engage with stakeholders, and amplify the organization's mission. Overall, the strategy department plays a key role in shaping the nonprofit's direction, values, and impact within a dynamic and ever-evolving landscape.
